Short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you type, including your name, email, phone number, company, budget range and project notes. If you apply for a job, we also receive the links you share, such as a portfolio or CV.
We also see basic, anonymous usage data such as which pages get visited and roughly where traffic comes from. That helps us fix broken pages; it does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To review job applications and contact shortlisted candidates.
- To keep records of agreed work, invoices and support requests.
- To improve the website and the services we offer.
Who can see it
Only the BAVEON team. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery, and they process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick a conversation back up. Job applications are kept for 12 months in case a similar role opens. Client records tied to invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to load pages correctly and to understand aggregate traffic. There is no advertising tracking. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@baveon.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Significant changes will be mentioned to active clients by email.
