Terms

Terms of service

Plain terms so both sides know exactly what's agreed before work begins.

Scope and quotes

Every project starts with a written scope: pages or features, deliverables, timeline and price. That document is the agreement. Anything added later is quoted separately before we build it, so no invoice ever arrives as a surprise.

Payments

  • 50% to start, 50% on completion, unless the scope says otherwise.
  • Retainers and care plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days; late work may pause after 14 days.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Feedback that changes the agreed direction or adds new pages counts as new work and is quoted before we continue.

Your responsibilities

We need timely content, brand files and access to hosting or domains. Timelines assume feedback within three working days. Long gaps in feedback may move your delivery date to the next available slot.

Ownership

Once final payment clears, you own the design and code we produced for you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences.

Support and warranty

We fix any bug in our own code free of charge for 14 days after launch. Issues caused by third-party updates, new feature requests or content changes are handled under a care plan or hourly rate.

Cancellation

Either side can stop a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point and receive the files produced so far. Deposits cover work already started and are non-refundable.

Liability

We do our best work, but we can't guarantee specific revenue or ranking outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.
